The system mainly serves express enterprises and Customs, aims to make the documents and bills (manifest, customs declaration, customs transit document) of the express enterprises automatically guide-into the local database of the client port; add, delete, revise, inquire the data of the express; upload the local data to the data center of the exterior network through INTERNET and then transfer the data to the Customs intranet through MQ. The clients are able to check the data information of the documents and bills examined and approved by the Customs and download or print the return receipt data of the Customs declaration and relevant documents.

According to the current management mode of the processing trade, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Customs, Banks are separate in managing to those processing trade enterprises. The electronic account book writes down and manages the integrated system of all processing trade business actions of an enterprise, which includes the application and changing of the business scope, merge, e-account book and volumes of e-account book. It is suitable for the large and medium-sized enterprises relying mainly on processing trade.

As a supporting project of China E-Port, Online Payment System has linked with other operation systems of China E-Port as well as internal systems of the banks, which changes the modes of payment and provides the clients veracious, convenient and rapid online financial service. The clients are able to transfer tsxes from their accounts through INTERNET and then go through relevant formalities directly. The Online Payment System will shorten the time of clearance, improve efficiency and reduce the trade cost. The subsystem of Bank of China of Online Payment System is developed cooperatively by Customs and Bank of China.
